By creating an account or using CentricQ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CentricQ provides AI-powered interview preparation tools including role-specific question banks, multiple-choice, written, and spoken practice sessions, AI-generated feedback, completion certificates, and job-description-based question generation ("JD Prep").
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@centricq.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Free Tier: All users receive access to 200 questions per role at no charge, without requiring a credit card.
Paid Subscriptions: Full access to a role (1,000 questions) requires a monthly or annual subscription, billed per role. Prices are displayed at checkout and subject to change with 30 days notice.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time unless required by applicable law.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. We review each request fairly.
You may not: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) share your account credentials with others; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute our question content; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our AI systems; (e) upload content that is defamatory, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
All question content, feedback systems, design, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to CentricQ. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal interview preparation only.
Your answers and recordings remain yours. We use them only to evaluate your performance and improve our AI systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Feedback provided by our AI is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, or guaranteed interview outcomes. CentricQ makes no warranty that practising on our platform will result in employment.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important information independently.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described therein.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CentricQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise in your jurisdiction.
